A few tips
Use a cable, not Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi congestion inside the house is the single most common reason a fast connection tests slow. A wired test shows what's really reaching your home.
Test one device at a time. If others are streaming or downloading, they're using part of your connection during the test.
Results vary through the day. Speeds can dip at the busiest evening hours. If a wired test is far below your plan even at a quiet time, open a support ticket and we'll check the link to your tower.
This test measures your connection to the wider internet using Cloudflare's global test servers. It's a good general check of your speed. If you'd like us to test the link specifically to the NexLink network, contact support and a technician can run an on-network test during a visit.
