How it works
Roof to tower to the world.
Fixed wireless is a radio link, not a mobile signal. It needs clear line of sight between a small antenna on your roof and one of our towers. That is the whole trick.
Qualify
You check your address. We match it to the nearest tower and log a lead.
Survey
A field tech confirms line of sight and the pole height your building needs.
Install
Antenna mounted, aligned to azimuth, PoE run indoors, router configured.
Monitor
Your CPE joins our NOC. We see signal degradation before you do.
Antenna height
How high does the pole go?
Our standard estimate is ten feet per floor, a three-foot minimum pole, and a practical cap of twenty feet before a guyed mast is required. The survey confirms it.
1 storey → 3 ft pole
2 storey → 3–6 ft pole
Obstructed / treeline → up to 20 ft
Above 20 ft → guyed mast, engineered
