Property owner authorisation

Permission to install a rooftop antenna.

Your tenant has asked NexLink to connect their home or business to our fixed wireless network. Because that means mounting a small antenna on the building, we need the property owner's permission before we install. This form takes a few minutes and can be completed entirely online.

What we install
  • A small antenna on a short pole or bracket, usually roof-mounted
  • A thin cable from the antenna into the premises
  • Standard pole height is three feet, up to twenty feet where the view is blocked
Our commitments to you

Our technicians follow safe working-at-height practice. We take reasonable care to avoid damage. If service ends, we will remove the equipment on request and make good the fixing points. Full terms are in our Installation & Rooftop Access Agreement.
